The Edmund Jones, Esq. Conference Room at 10 BEATTY ROAD is a fully-renovated meeting space that can seat up to 16 people, includes free Wi-Fi/telephone, and is provided to all tenants at no additional charge.

The room is equipped with a 60" flatscreen display that is configured with InFocus' LiteShow and Apple TV. The InFocus LiteShow technology allows multiple users to wirelessly share their laptop, iPhone/iPad and Android devices, all at the same time. It also allows your presentation to be recorded and shared later as a movie file.

For laptop computers, USB sticks are provided with the software installed. Or, you can choose to be extra prepared by downloading the software via one of the links below.

TENANT RATE:

No additional cost.

Tenants have equal access to the Conference Room and receive first-priority access over outside users.

NON-TENANT RATE:

$45/hr
$100/half-day
$200/day

Tenants can reserve the Conference Room by logging onto their Google Account and choosing 'Conference Room (10 Beatty Rd)' calendar.
